Service Agreement:

By requesting our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

We will provide a detailed estimate of costs and a timeline before beginning any work, requiring your approval unless previously agreed.

Estimates:

Estimates are valid for 14 days from date of issue.

Prices in estimates may change if additional issues are discovered during repairs. We will always seek your approval before proceeding with additional work.

Parts and Repairs:

We will strive to use new parts for repairs whenever possible. However, in some cases, we may use refurbished parts of high quality to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs.

Refurbished parts are thoroughly tested and meet our quality standards.

Warranty:

We offer a 90 day warranty on labour and parts used for repairs.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at [your contact info] with a description of the issue and proof of the original repair.

Payment:

Payment is due upon completion of repairs, prior to collection.

We accept cash, card payments (including AMEX) or bank transfers.

A diagnostic fee of $135 may apply.

A late payment fee of $10 per month may be applied to overdue invoices.

We have a minimum fee of $135 for general repairs. Repairs for headphones and microphones have a minimum fee of $77.

Liability:

We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to your unit.

We are not liable for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. Please back up your data before bringing your device for repair.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as parts availability.

Abandoned Items:

Goods left unclaimed for a period exceeding 30 days after the completion of repairs, or after a failed delivery attempt, will be considered abandoned.

We will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the information provided before disposing of abandoned goods. This may include phone calls, text messages or emails.

If you remain uncontactable or fail to collect the goods within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to dispose of them to recover costs incurred in accordance with the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 2012. This may include selling, recycling, or donating the goods.

You will be liable for any storage fees or outstanding balances incurred before the disposal of abandoned goods.

Right to Refuse Service:

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

Customer Consent:

By authorising us to perform repairs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
